This contest is open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and Student Pass Holders residing and studying in any primary school, secondary school & tertiary institutions in Singapore. Participation is on an individual basis only.

Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

This contest is open to all except employees of Samsung, sponsors, partners, the advertising agencies, and their immediate family members.

The Organisers also reserve the right to reject submissions that are incomplete or submissions accompanied by incomplete entry forms.

Designs submitted for this competition must be the original work of the Participants.

The submission must not infringe any copyright or intellectual property claims. When there is an infringement of copyright, the entry will be automatically disqualified. The Organisers will not be liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the Participant.

The Organisers reserve exhibition rights and publication rights in print and electronic media without requiring the permission of Participants.

While the Organisers will exercise due care for the submissions during collection, selection and storage, the Organisers will not be held liable should there be any loss, theft or destruction of the submissions.
